It is very well understood that in any work place, there always arise problems. What are the common Call Center Problems then? First and foremost is the absence of the agents and representatives. That is quite an obvious thing. Without them, who else would serve and answer costumers? Second on the list is the thought that as an agent, all your work would be more or less the same all throughout. As a tendency, many agents would actually fall into bad familiarity which causes them to be lifeless in work. Lastly but not the least though is that there is left not so much space for improvement since the job itself only focuses on one thing and it only takes little time to be good on that certain kind of job.
